April Goals

These are my goals for April : )

-Smile more.
-Get down to 125 pounds.
-Don't binge at all.
-Drink more water.
-Do well in school (AP's).

I'll add more as they come up!

It seems like every single day I tell myself I'll do better. Start tomorrow, it's REALLY starting.
And every single day I fuck up big time.

SOOOO - - tomorrow.
Here's my plan. If I write it down, then i HAVE to do it. Because, if I don't, then I'll be right back here saying I fucked up again. Besides, how bad can one day REALLY be??

Tomorrow:
Breakfast - Decaf Vanilla Tea w/ 2 sugars (30 cals)
Lunch - Tomato Soup at Hand (120 cals)
Snack - Apple slices (90 cals)
Dinner - Tortilla with Guacamole (150 cals)
Total: 390 cals

okay, so i've been sick and on watch and stuff lately.
the last month has just been a huge downfall for me, people finding out and such.
ugh,


so anyways, i just need to get back on track.
i say this alot, and i think thats my problem.
i need to realize i've never been on track. i've never really accomplished what i want to accomplish.
so i'm starting a restriction right now.
no more today seeing as i've already eaten about my bodyweight, which is alot.


posting stats now and once a week to keep myself motivated adn such:

cw: 138
hw: 150ish
lw: 125
gw1: 120
gw2: 110
